Questions we get asked
Does it overwrite my existing product data?
No. Everything we write lives under its own metafield namespace. Your existing fields are read as evidence and never overwritten; where you have a blank field for a fact we found, we can fill it — and only then.
How accurate is it?
On our first live catalog (1,599 industrial products) our extracted values agreed with the merchant's own spec sheets 98.8% of the time across 2,977 comparisons. Every value carries a confidence score and its evidence, and anything under threshold waits for a human.
Is my data used to train anything?
No. Your catalog is processed for you alone, stored in Azure Australia East, and deleted when you leave.
Is pricing per product or per run?
Neither. Plans are flat monthly fees by catalog size, with nightly re-syncs included. No tokens, no metering, no surprise invoice after a big catalog change.
Do I need a developer?
No. Install the private app, approve the first review queue with us on a call, switch on the filters you want in Search & Discovery. From then on it runs nightly.
