Terms of Service
Between Mavitra Pty Ltd ("Mavitra", "we") and the business using Mavitra AI ("you"). Last updated 1 October 2026.
1. The service
Mavitra AI reads your product catalog, derives structured attributes using AI models and, at your election, writes those attributes to your Shopify store and generates feed and marketplace files. The free audit is a read-only sample of up to 100 products and creates no obligation on either side.
2. Trial and subscription
After an audit you may start a 14-day trial. Paid plans are monthly, billed in advance in Australian dollars by card, and renew automatically until cancelled from your account or by email. Plan limits are by catalog size; we will tell you before any charge changes. Fair use: plans include continuous nightly updates of changed products and a full catalog run at onboarding and after each schema change we make; repeated full re-runs at your request may be scheduled or quoted separately.
3. Your data
You own your catalog and everything we derive from it. Attributes we write to your store are yours to keep if you leave. We use your data only to provide the service and to measure our own accuracy, never to train models, and we hold it in Australia as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accuracy and review
AI-derived values carry a confidence score and evidence. Values below our threshold wait for human review; you decide what goes live. We do not warrant that every value is correct and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including marketplace compliance claims such as vehicle fitment.
5. Acceptable use
You must have the right to the catalog you connect. You must not use the service to process content you are not entitled to, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell the service without our agreement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Ending the agreement
Either side may end a subscription at the end of the current monthly period. We may suspend the service immediately for non-payment or misuse. On termination we delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them with 30 days' notice by email; continued use after that is acceptance. Questions: hello@mavitra.ai.
